Temporary Resident Permits

A temporary resident Permit is a document issued by the Immigration, refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to individuals who are inadmissible in Canada. If an individual fails to meet any eligibility criteria to get a valid visa to Canada, TRP helps them to enter Canada for a short period of time. This TRP permit is granted when the benefits of your entry or stay outweigh any potential risks to Canadian society.

The Canadian Border Service officers determine the approval of the applications. They check through the possible risk and then decide if an individual deserves to get a temporary residence to Canada.
